为什么行政的要整合工作流程？

每一项工作，毕竟有一定的流程，才能有其结果。
每一项流程，在开始的时候都不是完美的。都需要进一步优化以及整合。
要优化流程，就要非常熟悉作业/工作的运作过程中的每一个步骤。
要整合流程，就要非常熟悉作业/工作的结果的运用层面。

当了副校长，当了行政人员后，我们不仅仅只是与文件打交道，而是要与每一项工作里面的至关重要的关键打交道。这至关重要的关键，不是细水长流的工作流程以及每一个步骤或任何的系统的功能，而是涉及这些工作流程的每一个人。

笔者十分相信，时代越进步的当而，要完成的事情可能会更多/更好/更快，但当中很多事情还是会涉及人这个部分的。

需要人手处理的工作，或会因为系统和流程的整顿而减少，但这却凸显了人的培训以及工作流程的优化与整合的必要。

所以鼓励各位副校长，鼓励各位行政人员，不要例行公事。要检视每一项工作流程背后的至关重要的关键：人。

完成了人的检视，才谈优化以及整合工作流程。

To optimize any workflow, you need to be very familiar with the steps in the work you are doing.
To integrate the workflow, you need to know what to do with the result of the tasks.

I believe, as the world is moving faster, it's not just the job we need to focus on. But the person working on the job that deserves the most attention from any supervisor/ administrator.

Yes, work could simplified by systems and workflow integration through the use of technology and innovation human could have, but the human working the task is the crucial point where we need to pay attention to.

Start connecting with other humans.
Work will be done. With or without system.

Well, ever since the beginning of internet, everyone has been dreaming of doing more and more things online. We've all heard about Google Form, Zoho online office, but what about Microsoft Office Form?

A simple comparison in performance and functionality between Google Form and Microsoft Office Form (MSO):

1. In terms of design, MSO wins at being simple and intuitive interface. Making novice users like me able to use and deploy the form within minutes.
2. In terms of functionality, there's much needed to be done by MSO as Google Online Form prepares more templates as well as functions to cater the needs of different users.
3. The templates offered by MSO is very limited but intuitive for new users but advance users might find it too simple.

考试范围的准备

考试范围的准备，通常是依据传统方式准备。一般的方法，不是由班主任填写全部的科目，就是由协调老师处理。

再不就是指定电脑或指定档案中完成。这样的工作方式，不是不好，但却加重了某老师或班主任的工作负担。

此外也限制了老师们在校内工作的时间，要是电脑不够或损坏的话，更是雪上加霜。

如果将考试范围都处置在云端中的话，或许能解决这些问题。

个人看来，要是家长/学生也能直接浏览考试范围的话，会不会更好呢？

但，要如何做到老师即能在全年内直接更新考试范围，而家长/学生却能同时看见考试范围呢？
